Ms. Starkey is the consultant for students with autistic spectrum disorders or traumatic brain injury at the Arkansas Special Education Resource Center. She received her Master's of Speech Pathology from Arkansas State University and has been a practicing speech/language pathologist since 1977. Her clinical interests lie in the area of autistic spectrum disorders, traumatic brain injury, brain functioning, engineering classrooms to facilitate learning, and communication development in children with learning problems.
