Daniel Shelton Jr. is the Drug and Violence Counselor for the Hamburg School District in Hamburg, Arkansas. He has worked with at-risk students (gangs) for over 20 years. He is the facilitator for the HOPE TEAM, a program for junior and senior high school students that helps them to develop respect for themselves and others, stay drug-free, and stay in school. He recently received national certification as a substance abuse counselor.
