Dwayne Yarbrough is the Senior Law Education Instructor for Arkansas Attorney General Mark Pryor. He has been with the Attorney General’s Office for nearly 7 years. As a program lecturer he has spoken at numerous violence prevention, gang awareness and drug education conferences both in and out of state. He completed his undergraduate education at Arkansas Tech University, earning a B.A. in Communications/Journalism.
