Ms. Tucker is a family and consumer sciences specialist with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. She has spent over 20 years providing nutrition education to families in Arkansas. She coordinates the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program, which is conducted in twenty counties in the state. This program is designed to help families families with young children and limited incomes gain knowledge and skills to improve their diets. She has provided training for Cooperative Extension Service paraprofessionals and professionals as well as for a variety of other organizations across the state. She also has made presentations at the national level. She received her B.S. from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) and her M.S. from the University of Arkansas.
