Dr. Jones is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Clinical Concentration in the graduate  program of the School of Social Work at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). He has 16 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist with children, adolescents and their families in outpatient and inpatient settings. He has also provided school-based consultations regarding child development, behavioral contracting and management, and education on childhood psychiatric disorders. His primary research interests include father-child relationships, the effects of father absence on child development, and case-based learning approaches for student training.
