Mr. Jackson is Outreach Director for L.O.V.E. (Let Our Violence End), a violence prevention and youth empowerment tool for schools, churches, and communities, and Co-Trainer for Street Wise, an outreach development and strategic implementation training program. He brings to his work his knowledge of gangs based on his own personal experiences. He was featured in the HBO documentary "Banging in Little Rock." He was responsible for forming one of the largest gangs in Little Rock (Original Gangsta Crips) and ran one of the state’s largest drug rings. He spent eight years of his life in the federal prison system as a result. However, he has turned his life around and is considered a walking miracle. Now, he helps young people to leave behind their negative behaviors. He is a regular participant in the "L.O.V.E. 2 Talk" youth talk show.
