Ms. Roberts is presently the Director/Coordinator of the Rockefeller Early Childhood program housed at Rockefeller in the LRSD Public Schools. She has been an early childhood educator for 28 years. The Rockefeller Early Childhood Program is unique in that babies can enter the program at age six weeks, therefore allowing the staff the opportunity to identify developmental problems and implement intervention at an early age. As a parent and educator, she believes that early intervention is the key to success.

Ms. Roberts began researching about ADHD/ADD, Behavioral and Learning problems 17 years ago. It became apparent that more and more children were not experiencing success in the classroom. She began implementing many different interventions resulting in success for children. She then began to share with other teachers and parents by providing presentations for many organizations and schools.
