Ms. Fletcher is the Executive Director of Arkansans for Drug Free Youth, a statewide organization dedicated to drug abuse education and prevention for children and adolescents. She has held a number of human resources positions since 1995, most recently as Employee Relations manager for a large financial services company. Her background includes conflict resolution, employee relations, and training. She has been involved with youth on a volunteer basis through several organizations, including The Cornerstone Project and Celebration Ministries.

Ms. Fletcher received her B.A. in Sociology from Vanderbilt University, and has completed graduate coursework in social work at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR).
