you think that you or someone you know may need help, please talk to
someone about it. Trusted family members; friends; family doctors,
nurses, and other health care professionals; ministers, priests, and
other clergy members; teachers, guidance counselors, and other school
personnel; psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other
mental health professionals are just some of the people who can help get
someone the support, evaluation, and treatment they need. Your local
telephone directory or information operator should have phone numbers
for local hotlines as well as mental health and substance abuse services
or referrals.
